Payment Methods
StarBackdrop accepts payments in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. Your payment will be processed in the currency and amount you select at checkout.
Paying with PayPal (credit/debit card also accepted): You can send money quickly and securely online using PayPal. You may use your PayPal balance, bank account, debit card, or credit card to complete your payment. After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to finalize the transaction.
Paying with Credit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A PayPal account is not required when paying by card.
❓ Why Was My PayPal Payment Declined?
If your PayPal payment was declined, please check the following:
Your card may be expired or have outdated billing information. Be sure the expiration date and billing address are current in your PayPal account.
You may need to confirm your card before using it.
Your bank or card issuer may have additional information. If you’re unsure, contact them directly.
If the issue continues, try updating your payment method at checkout, or double-check that the recipient’s email or phone number was entered correctly.
