Return Policy
At StarBackdrop, we are committed to providing the highest quality products in the photography industry. Due to the custom-made nature of our backdrops, each order is unique and cannot be resold. Therefore, we only accept returns or offer replacements under specific conditions as described below.
✅ WHEN WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS
If we sent the wrong backdrop due to our mistake, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team may ask for a photo of the item to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, we will send you the correct product at no extra cost.
If your item arrives with visible production defects or flaws, you do not need to return it. We will send you a free replacement of the same style.
❌ WHEN RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
We do not accept returns if the item is not defective. Due to the custom nature of printed backdrops, they cannot be resold once opened.
We do not accept returns or replacements for orders placed incorrectly by the customer, such as wrong size, wrong image, or undesired design.
Custom backdrops cannot be returned. The quality of your custom backdrop depends on the resolution of the image you upload. Please ensure your image is high quality. If the issue is caused by us, we will send a new one or issue a refund.
🔄 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled once printing has started or the item has been shipped.
If you request cancellation before production begins, a 20%–40% processing fee may be deducted from the order total.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES
Due to folding during transport, slight creases may appear. These can often be removed by ironing or gentle cleaning. Minor surface marks may occur due to the fabric and are considered normal.
Our backdrops are made of high-quality microfiber, widely trusted by professional photographers. Please review our material description before purchasing. We do not offer refunds due to personal dislike of the material.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
Colors may slightly differ from what you see on your screen due to monitor differences. We guarantee high-quality digital printing.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return requests must be submitted within 20 days of receiving the product and must be pre-approved by our team.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, logistics, or destination. A difference of 1–3 days may occur even within the same country.
